Return window
Unopened products in their original, sealed packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened supplements, personal care items and consumables cannot be returned.
Damaged or incorrect items
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
